Founder and CEO
I’m a BPO veteran with over 20 years of experience helping companies scale and streamline their operations. I’ve worked with and for five of the top BPO companies in the U.S., holding senior leadership roles in Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Quality, and Business Analytics. Over the years, I’ve served as Director, Senior Director, VP, SVP, and COO—leading teams, driving performance, and delivering results across industries.
Now, I’m excited to launch my own company, focused on providing high-quality onshore and offshore staffing solutions for healthcare organizations and practices across the U.S. My mission is simple: to connect healthcare businesses with top talent while improving efficiency, lowering costs, and enhancing patient care.
Joseph Gepte
Chief Operating Manager
Joseph Gepte is the Vice President and Country Manager of Hampton Healthcare, leveraging over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, where he has excelled in technical support, sales, healthcare, and life insurance, ultimately advancing to leadership roles such as Client Success Manager.
With a solid legal background as a U.S. Law firm Lead Paralegal for four years, he also served as a legal trainer and supervisor. His diverse professional journey includes roles in real estate, healthcare representation, and digital advertising as a skilled media buyer, all of which showcases his creative instincts and business acumen. His extensive expertise and leadership continue to foster innovation and growth in all his ventures.
